Thank you for choosing Tradexploits! We provide a wide range of services including Website and Mobile App Design & Development, Digital Marketing, Financial Reporting, Project Management, Home & Office Maintenance, Online Assistance Services, Training Courses, and Commerce (product sales). Because of the nature of our work and digital products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once a purchase or service engagement has been confirmed. By purchasing any service, digital content, online course, or product from Tradexploits, you agree to this Non-Refund Policy.

1. General Refund Policy

All purchases—including services, digital products, online course access, and physical goods—are non-refundable once:

  • The service has begun,
  • Digital content or course access has been granted,
  • Or the product has been shipped or delivered.

Due to the digital, customized, and time-based nature of services and downloads, once access has been granted or work commenced, there can be no refunds or exchanges.

2. Services Rendered (Website, App, Marketing, Reporting, etc.)

By engaging Tradexploits for services such as:

  • Website Design & Development
  • Mobile App Development
  • Digital Marketing (SEO, ASO, Content/Copywriting, Ads, Social Media Management, Branding, Email Marketing, PPC Optimization, Analytics Reporting, and more)
  • Financial Reporting & Accounting Support (Bookkeeping, Accounting, Tax Filings, Financial Analysis, Audits, Payroll Processing, etc.)
  • Project Management Services
  • Home & Office Maintenance (Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, HVAC, Painting & Repairs, and More)

…you accept that services are custom and begin immediately upon agreement. Therefore:

  • You cannot request a refund once work has started,
  • You may request revisions or adjustments based on your agreement,
  • All requests for changes must follow the communication process outlined in your service agreement.

3. Digital Products & Online Courses

Once you purchase a digital product or enroll in any online course on the Tradexploits platform:

  • Access to materials begins immediately,
  • You may review and use the content at your own pace,
  • All sales are final,
  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

We encourage you to review course previews, descriptions, and requirements before purchasing.

4.Physical Products (Commerce)

For items such as clothing, shoes, accessories, and other goods:

  • All sales are final once the order is confirmed and processed,
  • Refunds are not available for change of mind,
  • Exchanges or credit notes (where applicable) may be offered at Tradexploits’ discretion if the product is unused and in original packaging—subject to approval and eligibility.

5. Exceptions & Special Cases

In rare situations where a product or service is:

  • Defective,
  • Not delivered due to an error by Tradexploits,
    we may offer:
  • A replacement,
  • A credit note,
  • Or other solutions on a case-by-case basis.

These exceptions are entirely at Tradexploits’ discretion and require proof of issue.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you believe there has been an error or misapplication of this policy:

  • Contact our support team at support@tradexploits.com within 7 days of purchase or service completion,
  • Provide your order details and reason for dispute,
  • We will review and respond within 5–7 business days.

7. Policy Updates

Tradexploits reserves the right to update this Non-Refund Policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Changes take effect immediately upon posting
