- For custom deliverables (websites, apps, content) we produce for you, ownership / licensing will be as specified in your contract. Unless agreed otherwise, you may receive a license / ownership to use, but we retain moral rights / some usage rights.

- If you provide content (e.g. images, text, feedback, reviews), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, display such content in connection with the Services.
9. Refunds & Cancellations
- Refunds, cancellations, and re-scheduling are governed by our Refund Policy as posted.
10. Warranties & Disclaimers
- We do our best to deliver high quality, but we do not warrant that Services will be error-free or perfectly meet your expectations in every respect.
