About Course

A hands-on course that teaches the fundamentals of project management through Agile and Scrum; using real, live tools (Trello for Kanban, Jira for Scrum) rather than theory alone. Learners come away able to run a real sprint, not just define one.

What Will You Learn?

  • Build and manage a Kanban workflow board in Trello
  • Set up a Scrum project, backlog, and sprint in Jira
  • Run the core Scrum ceremonies: standups, sprint planning, review, and retrospective
  • Write clear user stories with acceptance criteria
  • Read a burndown chart and a sprint report to track real progress
  • Set up and run a complete first sprint on their own project

Scrum Ceremonies & Team Roles in Practice
